OfficeMaster (as of release 3.0) handles faxes and uses a pattern/mask for the indexing. Each received fax is logged (date, time, etc.) and the order, confirmation or invoice will be transferred to the document management system. This can take place automatically and manually – the important document is now stored in the archive, thematically ordered and tamperproof.
