Modular extensions for seemless Unified Communications
Berlin/Teltow, February 24th, 2009. At present, many enterprises are in austerity policy. According to the latest study "IT budget 2009" about 30 per cent of all IT managers assume that the expenditure for information technologies will be dropping this year. Despite the planned cost-cuttings, they aim for a higher efficiency and productivity of their employees. If additional services as fax dispatch, fax reception, SMS or voice mail are required, then OfficeMaster Gate UC can be extended easily by a software license into a full Unified Communications controller. With this OfficeMaster Gate UC is useable for the award-winning software suite "OfficeMaster for Exchange" as well.
OfficeMaster Gate UC grows modularly in accordance to the increasing communication without any need to exchange of the hardware: OfficeMaster Gate UC is a 30-channel media gateway (1 xS2M/E1) which is already delivered with a 60 channel interface (2 xS2M/E1). Since 30 telephone lines (S2M) even for medium-sized companies are exeeded quite fast OfficeMaster Gate can be extended with another 30 channel via software license.
For enterprises which already know that 30 channels are not sufficient there is the option to start with the 60 channel OfficeMaster Gate UC media gateway or building up a farm of several OfficeMaster Gate UC right from the beginning.
