The registration of products is absolutely necessary for
- Receiving support from Ferrari electronic
- Agreeing a support contract
- Purchasing a support ticket
- Updates or upgrades
Registration is possible either by filling out the contact information in the licence center or by online registration.
Online Registration
After the products and license files have been installed, the Messaging Server Configuration status window displays the licenses. Licenses that have not been registered yet are shown in red. To start the wizard for the electronic product registration, go to Help > Register OfficeMaster.
If you add to your installation, any new licenses will be displayed as not registered. The information entered in the registration dialog is retained, so that it does not need to be re-entered for subsequent registrations.
