Please note: Our support only supports the current (OfficeMaster Suite 8) and preceding software version (OfficeMaster Suite 7). Only the current hardware generation of OfficeMaster Gate in combination with the OfficeMaster Suite is supported.

For technical support, please log in to the license portal and navigate to Technical Support in the menu. Here, enter your support number and contact email address. Describe your concerns as accurately as possible so that we can best assist you.
After purchasing our OfficeMaster products, you are entitled to free-of-charge support for a period of 4 weeks. All products need to be registered for our support to provide help. A registration dialog assists you during the configuration. After you have sent us the required data you will receive a support number which entitles you to request support via email, telephone or web form. We guarantee a response within 24 hours. The support number is valid for 4 weeks.
After this period you will be charged for further support. You will have the choice to either purchase a support ticket or sign a support contract with us.
The support ticket guarentees a response time of 24 hours and is valid for 2 weeks. Please note that you must have a valid support ticket number ready at hand to get support.
Support contracts are valid for one year through our Premium Support Contract. More information regarding the specifications can be found in the document listed below.
The office hours for standard support of Ferrari electronic are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. We are happy to advise you should you have requirements that go beyond the specified times.
